The title is taken from the bible verse found in Psalm 42, "As the deer panteth for the waterbrooks, so my heart panteth for thee oh, God." This spirtual painting depicts the heart of a believer who longs for more of God in their life. They are so thirsty for fresh water from the Living and generous Lord.
